Shantou Metal Die-casting Factory is an enterprise under Kingkey Group Co., Ltd. and a key enterprise mainly manufacturing high-grade metal accessories for aluminum and plastic& steel doors& windows. The factory is one of which are with  the greatest productive capacity in China for the concerned series of products. It can provide the whole manufacturing process from designing, moulding, die-casting, polishing, punching, mechanical processing, plating, electrophoretic lacquer, electrostatic plastic spraying, to spray paint and so on. The factory occupies an area of over 20,000 square meters with 15,000 square meters of building area. Available for production are over twenty 25T- 400T cool/hot-cabinet die-casting machineries, three Japan-Made AK15T-35T automatic hot-cabinet die-casting machineries and more than 500 sets/units of other apparatuses. And we have set up a rather integrated network of production, quality-control, marketing and management.

    The factory is a member of the Association of China Construction Metal Structure.  It has successfully passed the inspection of NSCIA (National Science Commission Inspection Approval), and taken the lead in this line within the country. And it has also obtained the quality certificate of ISO9002. With good quality and services, our products sell well on markets at home and abroad, especially in west Europe. And the factory has been assigned as the supplier for accessories of plastic& steel doors& windows by FAB&FIX from England.
